Subscribe customer to Package/Regular payment

Has your customer signed a DD mandate and you want to collect a regular payment from them for the same amount each time? Sign them up to one of the subscription packages you have already created.

From the individual customer page click on subscription and select the package you would like to subscribe the customer to

Once selected all the information will automatically populate and you can press 'Assign Package' The customer will receive an automatic notification from us to confirm the payment that has been set up
