Add and Edit Packages

Do you have different packages and subscriptions available for your customers. Maybe groups of customers you want to collect from on the same day and charge the same amount to? If so let us make your life easier at DD Pro.

Head over to the 'Collections' section of DD Pro and press 'Create Package' then select 'Create New Subscription'

If you would like to have your customers pay a registration fee or fixed joining fee you can choose to add that as an instant one off payment

Next, setup the package you wish to create by choosing card or DD, giving the plan/package a name, an amount to collect, frequency of collection and a date to collect on

Next, set your timescale for collections. Do you want it to be ongoing with no fixed end date or do you wish to collect payment from the customer for a fixed period of time? Finally select the site that this package is relevant to and press 'Create Subscription'

Under Subscription Templates on the 'Collections' page you can now see the package you have created

Do you want to create the same package again but for a class on a different day or give the new subscription a slightly different name? This time when you press 'Create Package' use the 'Add to Existing Template' option, select the template you want to use, give the plan a new name and the rest of the info will be pre-populated for you.

Want to edit/delete an existing package? Simply click on the package from the list and use the 'Manage' button to make edits. You can also see here, which customers are assigned to this package. To add customers to a package please see our help page 'Adding collections'
