Adding Customers
There are 3 ways to add a customer. From the customer tab press the 'add customer' button


Sign up via email
Send a link to the customer that contains the online DD mandate, use the 'share' tab and press copy link and send to customer.
When the customer clicks the link they will be presented with the online DD mandate which they can complete.

Once they have submitted their details via this mandate, the information will automatically be added to DD pro system and show in 'Customer List'
Already have some of the customers information to hand? No problem, enter their name, email address and phone number and we will send the email for you containing the mandate

Have the bank details, address and the customers authorisation already? No problem, click on the tick box to say you have the information and complete below, then press add customer for the information to be stored in DD pro. Our system will automatically send a welcome letter to your customer confirming the setup of the Direct Debit.

Do you have multiple customers to sign up in one go but don't want to send out 50 or maybe even 100 individual emails? Let us save you some time. Download our template, add your customers details, upload, review and let us send the emails to invite your customers to sign their DD mandate. Once complete, our system will automatically add their information to DD Pro.
